The Lagree Fitness Method is designed to hit the five basic elements of physical fitness; Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Body Composition and Flexibility. The Versaclimber is one of the most effective full body workouts in the fitness world. Our Versaclimber classes are high intensity, with zero impact that will show you very quick results. Don’t be intimidated by the machine! Our classes are structured to give you an example of a pace we strive to be at. That does not mean it’s the pace for everyone in the class. You go at your own pace! We recommend starting out slow and getting used to the machine in our 30 minute class. Take as many breaks as needed to get you comfortable with the machine. It takes a few classes to build endurance for the machine, but when you have that endurance, you will not want any other workout.
